Once you have downloaded and unzipped the 2 items within the parent folder, open your program files on your computer ( my computer > c:// drive > Program Files ) and select the Wolfenstein Enemy Territory folder.

Open it up, and drag the two items from the download into the wolfenstein folder you just opened. Then select yes to over write all.
